Who we Are
Originally founded as HB4 Diversity Inc. in November of 2016, Alliance for Collaborative Equity Inc. is a non-profit, innovative collection of professionals working with K-12 school districts, institutions of higher learning, and rural communities to promote efforts to dismantle structural, institutional, and individualized inequities.
With over 15 years of collective experience in educational equity, Alliance for Collaborative Equity’s trained Education Consultants and certified DEI trainers focus on Racial Equity, Antiracism, LGBTQ+ Advocacy, and Religious Discrimination education.
Alliance for Collaborative Equity Inc. is dedicated to partnering with K-12 schools districts, institutions of higher learning, and small communities to advance equity education.
Our goal is to create opportunities to learn from and about various cultures, historical points of view, and explore mindsets and practices that are equitable.
We seek to promote strategies that embrace the intersections of race, religion, identity, and the array of barriers that empower those that are marginalized in society.
Through empathy and understanding, we strive to pursue outlets for ongoing dialogue.
By considering the variety of perspectives within small towns, we also offer non-partisan assistance to community leaders seeking to promote greater inclusivity.
While continuously creating and providing resources, we hope to improve small communities making them a place where all people feel welcome, safe, and valued.
