Who we Are

Originally founded as HB4 Diversity Inc. in November of 2016, Alliance for Collaborative Equity Inc. is a non-profit, innovative collection of professionals working with K-12 school districts, institutions of higher learning, rural communities, and small organizations to promote efforts to dismantle structural, institutional, and individualized inequities.

With over 15 years of collective experience in educational equity, Alliance for Collaborative Equity’s trained Researchers, Education Consultants and certified DEI trainers focus on Racial Equity, Antiracism, LGBTQ+ Advocacy, and Religious Discrimination education.

Our Mission

Alliance for Collaborative Equity Inc. is dedicated to partnering with K-12 schools districts, institutions of higher learning, small organizations, and ruralcommunities to advance equity education.

 

Our goal is to create opportunities to learn from and about various cultures, historical points of view, and explore mindsets and practices that are equitable.

We seek to promote strategies that embrace the intersections of race, religion, identity, and the array of barriers that empower those that are marginalized in society.

 

 

Our Vision

Through empathy and understanding, we strive to pursue outlets for ongoing dialogue.

 

By considering the variety of perspectives, we also offer non-partisan assistance to leaders seeking to promote greater inclusivity.

Alliance for Collaborative Equity Inc. is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. This organization exists exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, that qualify as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
