We develop and facilitate standalone workshops and learning series on a variety of topics related to race, intersectionality, identity, and equity.

We work with rural communities, K-12 School Districts, and Higher Learning Institutions.

As experts in adult learning facilitation, we ensure that our workshops appeal to the unique learning and processing styles of different adults. Our goal is for each participant to have an interactive and self-reflective experience for continuous learning and ongoing engagement.

Some topics that our workshops explore include:

  • Foundations of Equity Literacy

  • Strategies for applying a Racial Equity Lens

  • Understanding Implicit Bias

  • Racial Equity in Education

  • Restorative Justice in Education

  • Strategies for engaging in conversations on Race, Bias, and Equity

  • Subtle Acts of Exclusion (microagressions)

  • and more...

We offer workshops in two different formats:

  • 90 minutes

  • Half day (3 hours)

Is your school ready to increase your equity awareness?

We offer a comprehensive plan that includes: An equity review, initial strategic equity planning with continued evaluation and consulting throughout the school year as needed, a series of workshops for teachers and administration (that can be duplicated for smaller class sizes) and online training modules.
